Ankur shares a morning with John Blacksmith, known affectionately as “Yoda” by his friends for his enduring wisdom, which he demonstrates quite ably on the show.

JB shares with us the wealth inherent in quitting one’s job, what he learned by running a “failed” juice bar, his dance between fundamentalism and spirituality, and his own experiences of being profoundly changed by a teacher. 

Every time I talk to JB, I’m left with a widespread feeling on hope. We can all learn. We can all evolve. We can all take the time to put our relationships first and not have to suffer (financially, professionally, or otherwise) in doing so.
